- Our StoryFounded in 2007, we began in North York and have expanded to five locations across the Greater Toronto Area.At JINGBAO™, we offer a unique blend of high-quality early childhood education and the opportunity to learn Mandarin Chinese at a young age. We take pride in being the early years learning division of Toronto Mandarin School, the top Mandarin Chinese language school in North America.
