Registration

Step 1

Select the program and location that best fit your child care’s needs.

Step 2

Contact us by email (info@torontomandarinschool.com) or call the head office at 416-304-0260 for an initial consultation.

Step 3

Book a site tour with the supervisor and learn more about the learning environment and the program.

Step 4

Submit the required forms/documents to complete the registration.

Individual Allergy Action Plan (if applicable)

Pre-authorized plan (PAD) form

Copy of your child’s immunization record

*Please note that your child’s enrolment is secured ONLY when the registration and first month payment are both completed.

Step 5

Schedule an in-person orientation and meet your child’s teachers before the first day to help him/her for transition.
